No Tax Breaks
Absolutely no tax breaks or tax incentives. Companies building data centers must make significant payments to local tax funds that benefit our schools, libraries, parks, and emergency services.
Responsible Utilities
Data centers must produce their own power off the grid so they do not increase local electric costs. They must also use closed-loop cooling systems that use minimal water.
The Company Pays Its Own Way
All infrastructure costs must be paid by the company building the data center—not by local taxpayers.

Ongoing, independent environmental monitoring must ensure continued compliance with these standards.
